Wolf Consulting delivers Corporate Advisory including Capital Raising services to Start-ups, in relation to private to public company conversions and Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) listings (Backdoorings and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)). And can assist with the management of Company wind-ups and delistings working with insolvency specialists.

Wolf Consulting’s directors have directly held responsibility for capital raisings in high-tech, pre-cashflow businesses of over A$20 million dollars over the past 12 years. They work with a network of active investors across Australia, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

The Wolf teams’ capital raising services include:

• Investor Pitch or Offering and Information Memorandum document generation to meet different potential investors’ requirements based on experience. As well as review, input and advice on existing documents – identifying improvements,

• Identification and qualification of investors,

• Investor approaches and communications, and

• Securing of funds (defined as dollars deposited in bank), and
