Merrill Gray is a strategic, innovative, highly commercially focussed and experienced Executive. She has started, built and sold new energy businesses. She has held enterprise wide general management responsibility in these businesses, and has also successfully managed production across large asset based ASX top 100 Companies. Merrill is skilled in enabling teams to deliver results/value, particularly multi-disciplinary, specialist teams. She is a skilled and experienced Mentor and an experienced complex, high-tech Project Director.
Merrill has over 25 years’ experience across the Australian Energy, Mining and Mineral Resources sectors.
During which time she has held ASX listed company Board of Director roles for 5 years and Public company Board roles for a further 5 years. As well as Non Executive Director roles for Private companies.
Merrill is increasingly being engaged as a Senior Advisor in the Energy (Renewable and Non-Renewable), Mining and Mineral Resources, Waste including Waste to Energy and Sustainability sectors.
Things you might not know about wolves
- Wolves can survive in a variety of habitats.
- Wolves play a critical role in the healthy, dynamic ecosystems they are in.
- Wolf packs are highly territorial.
- Communication between pack members allows wolves to care for and feed their young, defend their territory and co-operatively bring down prey larger than individual wolves could on their own.
- A great deal of the communication among wolf pack members involves body language. Specialised behaviors and postures have evolved that help reduce aggression between individual animals within the pack.
- Wolf pups are born blind and deaf in an underground den and have a survival rate of around 50%.
